Hitler jumped the shark first with crystal nacht and then again with Poland. Why did the Brits and the French not declare war on the Soviets, too? The pact split Poland down the middle between the Nazis and the Soviets?

Both Germany and Russia were both some type of socialist/communist countries.

I have read and reread all the good accounts of that period of history and see Hitler only as a classic fascist, nationalist, and imperialist.

Besides the fact that the word "socialist" appears in the name of the party and the party certainly tried to appeal to "workers," I never saw any instance wherein Hitler liked socialism. And we know he despised the communists (in Germany and elsewhere).

His fag buddy Ernst Rohm wanted too much towards he socialist vein and the weirmacht was afraid of Rohm’s “army”. So he had the leading brown shirts killed. After that it might be said that he was no longer socialist. But he still sent good Nazi workers on vacation on cruise ships and decided that Ferdinand Porche should build a people’s car. So there was still some socialist in him.

Peterson is the same Canadian dope who said that Justice Kavanaugh should step down. He’s a fraud.

Wow. One comment that you disagree with and you write off everything he says? Personally, I find him to be generally very thoughtful about most issues, and his reasoning is pretty solid IMO. I never find myself agreeing 100% of what anyone says, but that doesn't mean I should disregard what anyone else because of this.

Contrary to much commentary that I've seen about him, I don't find him to be what I would call a 'strong conservative', but much of what he takes the time to talk about is pretty much dead on. Anyone who makes liberal's heads explode the way he does should at least be paid attention to.

I don't know if Peck could add much to this generation, but Peterson is definitely a mishmash of psychological stuff.

I agree that Peterson is the perfect product for this age in that he is the very opposite of what Liberalism wants and needs.

I think Peck was more original than Peterson. Possessing a greater intellect. His take on laziness & evil is excellent. His theory of grace & its manifestations is nuanced & interesting. Peck’s book “The Road Less Traveled” is more cohesive & practical than anything Peterson offers his audience.

They both straddle the space between psychology & religion. Peterson has a clearer take on modernity & the pathologies it has spanned, mainly on the political left.

Actually, Hitler wasn't a house painter. He painted and some of his paintings included houses.

I am not a Hitler apologist, but I do prefer the truth.

Peck was a sniper's rifle and Peterson is a shotgun.

Both have made and will make amazing contributions to human understanding.
