It is in the sciences where the diversity imperative becomes actually dangerous. Every academic science department whether physics, mathematics, or chemistry is in the victimology crosshairs.
The federal government is demanding that scientific departments hire based on gender and race rather than scientific merit science. Education is being slowed down and watered down in the hope of graduating more females and underrepresented minorities.
An oncologist at an Ivy League medical school was berated by his Dean for an exam in pharmacology that was quote too fact-based.
Well, I don't know about you but if I have cancer I want my doctor to know the facts about drug interactions.

I get her point but it isn't only in sciences that diversity is dangerous. It is literally being used to destroy this nation.

Absolutely! But it is real!
Diversity has two forms to the Left. One is merely a visual checklist approach to favor whomever is the most assumed to be victimized augmented by elevating unsavory behaviors to civil rights status. The other is the diversity of the we, their “Just-Us”, where Leftist assume that they’ve been discriminated against and so they rate favoritism on their behalf relative to any other ideology (which more and more they see as hateful) ... seeing themselves as collectively victims because people in the past rightly tried to stand firm against their ideological forebears.
China is proof that walls work. 2000 years of the Great Wall and they still don’t have any Mexicans.
Mao destroyed the professional class in China during their Communist/cultural Revolution and substituted useful idiots of the Redguard.... modern-day communists in America are destroying our professional class through forced diversity

They don’t!
Its a state legislature & board of institutional trustees issue. Yes some of is cause by Title IX, but this problem pre-dates Title IX. State legislatures & trustees are generally too cowardly & too easily bought off (sports tickets - good seats!) to do their job. There also is the problem of the huge jump to the left by the accreditation boards - like ABET (engineering), Medicine ( I assume is handled by some AMA subunit!), similar situation in the sciences, etc.
In the case of what is going on in our universities and colleges, they do not know their enemy or themselves.
As to themselves, they do now understand that their faith in diversity and Liberalism/postmodernism is based on a foundation of lies.
As to their understanding of their enemy (us and, our ally, reality), this is their greatest weakness.
Our enemy doesn't know their enemy, reality.
This is not like Lee not understanding Grant or Lincoln.
This is a matter of someone not even understanding "reality."
We will win this battle.
