Former President Barack Obama claimed credit Tuesday for the recent boom in U.S. oil production immediately after praising the Paris Climate Accords, which committed the U.S. to dramatically reducing greenhouse-gas emissions.
I was extraordinarily proud of the Paris accords because you know, I know were in oil country and we need American energy, and by the way, American energy production, Obama told the audience gathered at Rice Universitys Baker Institute on Tuesday night. Analyst's dream? suspect so.
Mister Obxxx was quick to blame and ridicule GWB and Republicans (and America) for everything bad; and,
He has no visits from that pesky conscience thingy about claiming credit for what is clearly due to President Trump and many among the GOP in congress.
One wonders if his need for power and adulation, shared of course by the lovely and gracious Hillary, might rise to the level of true mania (I'm not a psychiatrist, thus I do not know for certain.)

Instead we had to put up with him in the White House for eight years.

We had to put up with the Kenyanesian Usurpation because both parties wanted the natural born citizen requirement neutered.

His true intelligence is a function of one divided by his opinion of himself.
For folks like Occasional Cortex, the Hawaii representatives, and Maxine the dumbass, this yields a very very small number.

If you want to claim credit for a ridiculous, unenforceable, unfair, expensive and failed Paris climate agreement - its all yours, Barky!

Obviously because the Keystone Pipeline was such a boon to refining that domestic production naturally followed.
