A Mexican man who was deported from the US 20 times has been convicted of 10 counts including sexual assault in Oregon............. Sergio Jose Martinez, 31, was sentenced to 35 years in prison in a Portland courtroom after pleading to first-degree burglary, sodomy, sex abuse, kidnapping, robbery, and second-degree assault.
Martinez smiled throughout the trial, and as he left, he gave one grim parting shot to his two victims’ relatives: ‘See all you guys in Hell.’
Martinez had been freed from jail in Portland a week before the attacks; he was in there for interfering with police and providing a false birth date.
He was released despite a request from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement for the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office to hold him so the agency could take him into custody.
After 35 years, ICE would be able to take him into custody if they monitor his release date, the attorney said. By then, Martinez will be 66 years old.

Well that’s certainly on the table ...... as the Border agents have every right to protect themselves. Hopefully only after other options don’t work.....however if one of these guys pulled a knife...I’d out them right away and support any agent who did so.
I think a lot of these criminals come back here because they know well how to play the system so well.....appeals etc. with hosts of attorneys lined up to ‘protect’ these illegals.
There’s a mother of four kids who was trafficking illegals.....got deported....she’s got all sorts of organizations now fighting for her to be returned.....and the media failed to reveal why she was deported.
