It’s scary living in this world when you know that close to 100% of the “news” is just a bunch of lies crafted to manipulate the sheeple to do the bidding of the hidden powerful people.
This story is fabricated by the Brits in order to provide cover for them and the Aussies about the damning evidence in the FISA court documents. Just my thoughts.

The news has always been mostly political propaganda.
usually there was a Democrat paper & the GOP paper and they would slant the reporting with their respective angles. Goes all the way back to Washington’s administration, then their were the Federalists (Adams, Hamilton, etc.) & the Democrat-Republicans (Jefferson, Madison, etc.) Aside: I’m sorry but to me Jefferson’s crowd were the worst in their slants - Washington wanted to be King! Really? Uh-huh? Just an idiotic take on Washington! But I digress!
Even if the news was 100% accurate in their reporting, deciding what to report & what to ignore still gives them enormous power! Its almost like if its not reported, did it even happen?
All news should be treated with grains of salt from a few grains to the entire salt shaker!

That’s not the scarey part.
The scarey part is that there is no one else in the main stream news who is willing to refute, repudiate, and destroy fake news, and that half the country don’t care if it’s false as long is it attacks the other side.
40 years ago, if the WaPo or NYT or 60 minutes did a false expose or investigative report, or even just an article, everyone else would have destroyed them, and reveled in it, and the outrage from the public would have been shared no matter which side it appeared to benefit.
This above all else concerns me.
All the sky-is-falling stuff about politics typically sounds like alarmism to me. Politics has always been brutal.
But the Press used to keep them in check when they went wrong.
