He is as unacquainted with Christianity as he is with morality.
Christian morality has power over wickedness in every case, even when only one human stands up for it against the slaves of Satan and hedonism. Carrey is clearly sold out to immorality and self-serving interests. No one ought to lend him the stature of a philosopher or statesman, to be included in a serious debate. His only claim to fame is the marvelous elasticity of a rubbery mouth, nothing else.
There is no Christian right, only Christian.
That's the first thing we should see when we see these reports.
Christians attempt to live and rear children according to the scriptures, the Bible, and understand that there is both good and evil in this world and some of our good kids go bad.
Any "power" realized by being Christian is only "felt" by the evil displaced.
Christiams don't strive for nor feel power/powerful.
Rather, we humble ourselves before God and pray for His assistance in this thing called life.
The poor guy has always seemed to be under demonic influence.
