“Lara wins for state insurance commissioner—another loss for California right-of-center candidates”

It may bode well for other states...all the conservatives who can have either left or are in the process.

Unfortunately, we can’t leave just yet. Our legacy includes 4 granddaughters, ages 15,12,6 & 4, who all live close by. The importance of what we leave them, memories of times spent together, family helping family, etc., are far more valuable and can not be purchased for any amount of money. No politician can ever come between us.

There probably will come a time when we can’t afford to live here any longer and we’ll work that out if that happens. It’s just a terrible shame that such a wonderful state has fallen so far. But, the question is, where do we go from here? It’s only a matter of time till the next state falls. Arizona, Texas? Colorado’s gone, Oregon and Washington too.
