Full title: Jim Acosta Perjures Himself in Federal Court: Says He Politely Questioned the President and NEVER Placed Hands on Intern
CNN hack Jim Acosta submitted a sworn declaration to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia last week.
In his written declaration Acosta appears to have perjured himself.
Jim Acosta told the court he politely questioned President Trump. He also said video shows he NEVER placed his hands on the young female intern.

It didn’t look to me like Acosta committed an assault.
That said, he is still unworthy of stepping foot within 1000 yards of President Trump. let him walk the dog during press conferences; scoop up and cart away the massive crap.
that’s about all he’s good for.
Perjury? Democrats have an answer to it: it was all about the questions, stupid.
The camera doesn’t lie.
Oh...he touched the intern right on her forearm. Just simply review the tape. He should have been arrested right there by the Capital Police or the Secret Service.
He frightened the poor girl, who was only doing her job. If I had been in the room with him, i would have kicked his butt from one end of the room to other. This guy is nothing but low life, human scum & vermin...period!!!
POTUS, Trump was right on the money!!! Case closed!!!
One of his hands was holding the mic, so he never touched the intern with his hands. He pushed her arm away with the side of his left hand.
As the C-SPAN video of this press conference accurately reflects,
V-I-D-E-O little jimmie...
.
WH should eliminate mics for press. Make them write question on note card. Have intern get those chosen when chosen. WH person holding presser reads question, then answers.
AcostARD is hilarious.
No, it was more like battery than assault. Doesn’t have to be contact for assault.
He knocked her arm down on her third attempt.
There isn’t a single word that Acosta utters that can be considered being done politely..
Splitting hairs here but manner of speech is subjective; to him it may have been a “polite” way of asking. Also he technically didn’t place his hands on the intern. He did however place his wrist. Now if he said he never “touched’ the intern, that would be a different story. Just playing devil’s advocate here.
You're partly correct, it wasn't just assault, it was assault and battery. He was threatening, then carried out battery with the karate chop.
He did indeed....That’s not the point....he doesn’t own the mike....
Another point is that he lied under oath.
Denying he touched her, reminds me of Bill Clinton saying he "never had sex with that woman!".
1) Your second statement contradicts your first statement.
2) Your second statement describes the crime of simple battery.
Acosta definitely used his left hand to hit the female intern’s arm on the flip side of the elbow.
Acosta should be prosecuted for perjury as he unquestionably touched her, while he has written and stated that he never touched her.
