American’t: From Midterms to End Times (Here comes The American Apocalypse - best article ever)
American Thinker ^ | Selwyn Duke

Posted on 11/20/2018 2:24:53 AM PST by RoosterRedux

Truly great disasters come like a thief in the night. How many foresaw Rome’s sacking in 410 A.D., her collapse 66 years later, WWI or WWII? As for today, how many see that the United States is at what some call a tipping point, what others may call a Fourth Turning? Whatever you call it, the American republic is in its last days. This is too scary for many to contemplate, but there’s something far scarier: playing ostrich and not being prepared for things to come.

The so-called Left, ever violent since its French Revolution birth and as power hungry as ever, wholly controls the culture: the media, mainstream and social; academia; and entertainment. This means it controls long-term politics, since the latter is downstream of culture. So is big business, mind you, which is why the Left controls most of it as well; this, of course, translates into funding.

Trump’s 2016 victory will not MAGA; it was merely a stay of execution, a prolonging of the inevitable. This should have been obvious in a country that could elect Barack Obama and then, like the Titanic having backed up to hit the iceberg again, re-elect him. If it wasn’t, it should be obvious now that the Democrats have seized the House in a Watergate-level rout.

...

There no longer is an “American people”; there are peoples living in America. We’re balkanized not just racially, ethnically and religiously, but also ideologically, sexually and philosophically; we speak different languages, literally and figuratively. With open talk of open-borders socialism on one side and nationalism on the other, the Overton window is now so wide that each end occupies a different time zone. Frankly, many of us hate each other. If our union were a marriage, we’d have divorced long ago.

Well said.

Politics follows culture.

Separatism, like Amish or Orthodox Jews, seems the best option, but there is no move toward that.

This is the undoing of Western Civilization and a return to pagan roots or submission to Islamic slavery.

The repentance of Ninevah is our last hope.

‘That article is 100 percent secular therefore not accurate.’

so if a preacher had written the same thing it would be completely accurate...?

A Christian has a different world view than a non-Christian and would have written it differently.

I read some of the comments and this one stuck out at me.

” The culture is and has for some time been replacing personal morality and accountability with collective morality- that is, your personal behavior gets a pass so long as you subscribe to the right political positions and doctrines. You can be promiscuous and even abusive so long as you support abortion or climate change. You can be a street thug as long as you claim that the only people you’re assaulting are nazis and fascists- which you get to define. You can be a money laundering theft empire (see “Clinton Foundation” ) so long as you claim to be helping the poor. You can father 10 illegitimate children destined to become feral predators and pawn them off as wards of the state so long as you crusade against racism and police brutality. On it goes.”

The article fails to calculate a big thing that is very obvious at this point.

The Democrats cheat the polls. Every. Single. Time.

If not for the election fraud, the Democrats wouldn’t be in our daily conversation.

I’m not pretending the fight will be easy or even fair. Matter of fact, the left has proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that fairness is nothing but lip service paid to their constituents.

I’m not advocating unprovoked violence. I’m advocating awareness, involvement, and, if necessary, reaction.

what constantly amazes me is how much suffering and punishment people will tolerate before they rise up and destroy the tyrants.

We've been brainwashed to believe we must be tolerant of all things. We've been trained in schools that promote everything but education. We've been cowed into silence by a media complicit in silencing all dissenting opinion. Why are you amazed? This has been their cornerstone for decades, and now we're seeing the structure of building they've constructed over those years like a veil being removed.

On the east coast, people resist identifying the problem areas.

We are forced to make distinctions between south and north New Jersey, New York and eastern Pennsylvania.

Yet in California we don’t account for the north, the fact that Colorado is mostly conservative (outside of Denver) and that Connecticut’s democrats are found in two small areas.

It’s all of NY and NJ though. Even in the rural areas. They are, just like Connecticut, fake conservatives. “But...” conservatives. And they get exactly what they deserve.

Pennsylvania follows. I am there in PA. And it’s allowing these leftists to come in by the thousands all because we want their tourist money. After a while, they stay. Same thing happened in Colorado drawing in the Californians and the same thing is happening in Arkansas (Where I am moving, it turns out, in a month or so) and in Texas.

They are moving in, and we aren’t moving into their areas. They are spreading like an unchecked cancer.

IMHO our biggest problem is that 90% of Millenials have swallowed the Socialist Kool-Aid, and unlike prior generations I see no signs that they are turning rightward as they age.

As the Grim Reaper catches up with all the rest of us, the country will head for a Socialist abyss.

Social Media tycoons have done their best to see that we can never reach these people to try and persuade them.

They stole it. It’s that simple. Were it not for fraud, it would have been a red wave.

Bolshevik, in Russian, means ‘majority’, when in point of fact they were a minority.

These are the conditions we find ourselves - about 20 percent are leftist, totalitarian, are well-funded, and have an agenda against all of us (including most of the useful idiots working for them) that includes our extermination.

The problem is, we have a great General, but the army is F-troop. Republicans are not up to the task. They haven’t had a leader mentality for so long, they’ve forgotten what they stand for. The thought of standing up for your convictions seems to actually scare them. And that’s the good ones. The others are just plain traitors.

“I can’t understand why he is so hesitant to make the moves to accomplish this. ”

I could only guess.

I’m willing to wait to see what unfolds.

What other choice do we have?

NY is basically run by NY city and other metropolitan areas (Buffalo, Albany to a lesser extent). With a huge rural land mass upstate that could be mistaken for any state in the Midwest.

"Tell us who to shoot and let’s get started!"

Many targets are obvious, but we need an organized general purge of the country to succeed.

But my point is while we all feel it is time to “do something” there is nothing we can do that will advance our goals but pray and wait.
