By two minutes, Broward County missed the ... deadline to submit recount results, so numbers provided by the county Saturday stand,...
“We uploaded to the state two minutes late so the state has chosen not to use our machine recount results....D;Alessandro said the recount arrived late due to his unfamiliarity with the state’s website.
“Basically, I just worked my ass off for nothing,” he said.
D’Alessandro said there's a 2,040 vote difference between votes in the manual recount and those tabulated earlier.

Nelson attorney Marc Elias said that his suit claims a hand recount is required because of a systemic machine failure .... in the Senate race, Palm Beach County will recount 5,900 over-votes and under-votes.

Here is the democrat’s game. They first had to conjure up more ballots. That has been done by that sleeze in Broward. Next, they have been playing defense to make sure as many as possible remain in what I will call the available ballot pool.
Now the real game starts!! In the hand recount they must take whatever steps they can to ensure that the ballot pool is manipulated to, in effect, re-cast every ballot as a “D” vote.
Voter intent is going to be the new dem talking point. Their lawyers are busy trying to overturn as much of the FLA election laws as they can. Amongst them is the intent standard passed after the 2000 fiasco. They will use the massive amount of undervotes in Broward combined with intent to “find” votes.
Anything to keep the election from being certified so Snipes can keep diddling the vote until the democrat wins.

Or 2. Nelson is going to court tomorrow to sue for a hand recount of EVERY ballot. This story doesn’t say what missing the deadline actually means. Do they go back to the original results from last week? Before or after the votes “found” in the school? And what about Palm Beach which totally missed the deadline? The SOS should certify tomorrow Just like Harris in 2000. Let the piggies scream.

Florida state law provides for automatic recounts when the margin of victory for a given office or measure is equal to or less than 0.5 percent of the total votes cast for that office or measure. If the margin of victory is equal to or less than 0.25 percent, a hand recount is ordered (automatic tabulators are otherwise used). The relevant state statutes do not appear to provide for candidate-initiated or voter-initiated recounts. For more information about recount procedures in Florida, see Section 102.166 of the Florida Statutes.[3][4]

Unless U. S. Marshals oversee it, and enforce a VERIFIED record of the chain of custody for votes to be counted, and then audit for duplicates, dead or fictional voters, and for illegals.
In that case manual recounts will be suspended post haste.
