What do the dems plan to do about this “undervote” - fill in a choice for Senate based upon the voter’s vote for Governor?

I live in CA, and voted for Governor, but cast no vote for Senate, as I didn’t like the two dems who were running. Perhaps the “undervote” in Fla was the voters way of saying they didn’t like their choices, either.

I wouldn’t put it past them to argue that. However, DeSantis has 10k more votes than Scott in Broward as well.

The undervote was because the black population turned out entirely to vote for the black candidate, Gillum, and most of them neither knew nor cared who was running for Senator.

It was also a massive ballot with a ton of constitutional amendments - the Florida leftist way of duping people into voting in something that the legislature would never have approved - which most FLoridians, black or white, probably didn’t vote on. It would be interesting to see that break down.

This may actually be a case of racism. The elderly rich elitist east coasters in Broward and palm may have voted for Nelson but couldn’t bring themselves to vote for a black man for governor. That would explain why senate race much closer than governors race
