I believe that Donald Trump will be the last Republican president many of us will ever see in our lifetimes. We hope that he will serve two terms, but even that is not a given, despite his popularity both personally and of his MAGA agenda. I’ll call it the three D’s, in honor of Trump’s first name Donald – demeanor, demographics, and deception. (snip)...In other words, Trump is a one-off, an exception. Sure it is easy, without any solid proof, to accuse the left of cheating. Its easy, we didn’t loose, they cheated! But what if they did win? It could have happened in Arizona, this race wasn’t a “sure thing” for us to win. And McSally was a bad candidate that went through a rigorous primary.
Pointing fingers at the left and claiming, “they cheated” without any sort of evidence other then we didn’t like the results of the election is not going to help us win future elections. And makes us look like sore losers.
I agree felons are not exactly a reliable voting block either. And many with felony record, and these days, driving drunk can get you a felony record, could be republicans as just as much democrats, it will probably be a wash.
