People need to cut back on burgers because they're contributing to climate change, the United Nations said this week.
The United Nations Environment Program said research shows that Americans eat about three burgers a week, and if one of those was swapped for "a plant-based alternative burger for one year, it would be like taking the greenhouse gases from 12 million cars off the road for a year."
The World Economic Forum blames the beef and dairy industries for churning out more greenhouse gas emissions than oil companies or some countries like Germany. The National Cattlemens Beef Association argued that environmental regulations imposed under the Obama administration were "federal requirements on cattle producers that discourage innovation and impose rigid requirements that do not work on cattle operations and, moreover, defy common sense."

I have an awesomer idea. Shut down the Useless Nations to help curb AGW. How much would it help? Who cares as long as it's shut down. ;-)

Article made me hungry, was going to have something light for dinner, but seems the better choice is to drive my F350 dually to town for a burger and shake! It is only 30 miles each way.

Ok, I’ll eat fewer burgers and eat more steak. Someone has to do the dirty work!

How about calling for “shutting down” all the births in Third World Countries and their respective diasporas in Western Countries?
You think humans are the problem, mandate birth control, UN. Cowards, instead you want to F up everyone else’s lifestyle.

Talking about churning out gas emissions, that’s something that the UN and their progressive globalist comrades do well.

My wife is going to ask me why I’m bringing home 10 BK cheeseburgers.
“Because the UN told me not to.”
She’ll understand at once.

The solutions to this problem is eat more cows and thus cut down on cow farts.

I like it. I have to use my frozen hamburger for someone's small church group meal this week, so I can't use that.
These are the people GHWB want us to follow. I guess these "sacred principles" are no cheeseburgers.
[President George Bush, addressing the General Assembly of the United Nations, Feb. 1, 1992:
"It is the sacred principles enshrined in the United Nations charter to which the American people will henceforth pledge their allegiance."
