Final Florida Vote Count (Scott+12562) (DeSantis +33684).
Florida Department of Elections ^ | 11/10/18 | Florida Department of Elections

Posted on 11/10/2018 9:17:35 AM PST by TexasGurl24

All counties have completely reported everything except overseas and military ballots.

https://floridaelectionwatch.gov/CountyReportingStatus

There aren't any more ballots in Broward or Palm Beach.

As I predicted in another thread, Scott holds a 12.5K lead.

No recount ever, anywhere, in history has overturned a lead of that magnitude.

The largest change in votes in a recount previously was Gore's attempted theft of Florida in 2000, and even with all the shenanigans and hanging chads, he only managed to turn about 1200 votes.

This is 10x that number for Scott and nearly 30x that number for DeSantis.

Yep, now the democrats know how many ballots they need to have “turn-up” in trunks, school closets. laundry rooms, prisons, immigration offices, etc...

Your 53 - 47 Senate assumes a McSalley loss. If she wins, it will be 54- 46.

We call those floating things “square grouper” down here. Usually filled with cocaine, marijuana, or cash. This year, they’re filled with ballots

Would the Absentee ballots make a difference? They are not counted unless there is an official recount, right?

Wrong.

Mail-in/absentee voting is a high % of total votes.

I remember them well. Had them appear on Brevard count beaches a time or two.

It was the ballot design by the Broward witch designed to hide the Senate race and any people missed it. Then the Broward team was there with pen in hand to help the voter days later to fill in the ‘proper’ vote

Don’t think they can do it in a 2-person runoff in Mississippi; Republicans rarely fall below 57 percent vote in that state. Espy probably has a ceiling of 45 percent, based on a heavy black vote (which is prob. 35 percent of the vote) plus what’s left of white liberals and Democrats. Trump needs to have a talk with McDaniel to convince him not to sit on his hands in the runoff out of pique.

We need R poll watchers in every precinct. The Republican National Committee actually did an outstanding job with this in 2016. I believe that is why Philadelphia turned in its results when the polls closed, instead of much later that is so common for big Dem cities. It isn't incompetence that causes this, it's the desire to vote after the polls close.

If there were R poll watchers, how can the all-Dem election judges go about voting for people they know didn't turn up. We don't actually have to have election judges in high crime neighborhoods where it is tough to get mostly elderly retired people to go all day, but we need those official poll watchers, especially as the polls close.

I wondered why this was so important. It would be very interesting to see if there is a statistically significant difference in the percentage of R votes for DeSantis and R votes for Gillum when comparing Broward vs the rest of the state.

This takes my breath away.

Scott was blamed for the red tide outbreaks... as if red tide didn’t occur even in the era of Spanish rule.
