Whoops! Brenda Snipes’ office mixed bad provisional ballots with good ones

Broward’s elections supervisor accidentally mixed more than a dozen rejected ballots with nearly 200 valid ones, a circumstance that is unlikely to help Brenda Snipes push back against Republican allegations of incompetence.

The mistake — for which no one had a solution Friday night — was discovered after Snipes agreed to present 205 provisional ballots to the Broward County canvassing board for inspection. She had initially intended to handle the ballots administratively, but agreed to present them to the canvassing board after Republican attorneys objected.

“We have found no clear authority controlling the situation faced by the board,” said Broward County Attorney Andrew Meyers.

It's ridiculous that this woman was still in this position considering the degree of blatant election fraud she's been involved in for several years. I personally believe the death penalty should be an option when someones involved at this level of election fraud, but I know that's not a realistic option even though should be. I do believe she should be facing a life sentence for her crimes. She can't be allowed to get away with this level of fraud with nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

This situation showing blatant election fraud should also be used to crack down on suspected fraud in other areas of the country. It happens in all areas democrats control to some degree. We know it happened in Texas, and it likely happened in Montana and Wisconsin as well. We know it happened in California, but have just given up on much of that state for some reason. We need to go after fraud in every single state, because it affects the entire country, and it can't be tolerated regardless of whether it had an affect on the last elections or not. It could very well have an affect on the next election. It has to stop. If it doesn't we're wasting our time on other issues that will eventually be reversed when democrats regain power through fraud.

You may be correct. The solution, if a re-vote is ordered, is to have the re-vote 45 days from the date ordered, however, only those that voted in the 2018 general can vote in the re-vote and all of those must re-register within 30 days.

Then addresses need to be verified with proof of residence, (citizenship would also be nice), and any re-registered voters that are listed at commercial buildings, empty lots or multiple persons at a single address need to be investigated for potential fraud.

This needs to be a statewide re-vote because there are down ballot offices that are also compromised with this fiasco.

No early voting and mail in ballots need to be scrutinized.

Especially in Broward. Once Jeb hired the inexperienced AA female- Oliphant- in 2001. She replaced the competent nonpartisan staff with nearly all AA retired teacher types with no election experience. They were incompetent cheats and screamed racism at the thought of her removal.

Her election malfeasance was so egregious and the public Repub. outcry so great wimpy Jeb was forced to fire her. So to quiet the AA people, he replaced her with Snipes. Another AA inexperienced teacher popped in as Super of elections.

With all his power as governor and the importance of elections, after watching himself and brother George nearly get cheated out of their won elections, this is what the idiot does to Florida.

He puts in a thug teacher union type that surrounds her self with her AA friends,relatives and neighbors to rule and rig our elections.
