According to TMZ, Long was on social media as he shot a dozen people dead, and, based on what we now know, it sounds like they were revenge killings. TMZ reports that law enforcement officials told the site that Long held his gun in one hand and his phone in the other, posting messages throughout the rampage.......
.....TMZ states that it learned from a high school classmate of Longs that he was the victim of bullying in school, leading to a possible motive for the crime. According to the report, Long was a regular at the Borderline Bar & Grill as were some of his high school classmates, perhaps including his bullies.....

i agree with your statement, something doesn’t add up.
Ok, thanks for that.
It could be BS. Eventually we will know on this point.
It is tragic that the miserable demon did not kill himself first and leave the innocents to live out their lives.
No of course Im not impressed, I was being sarcastic, I highly doubt he was able to do both at the same time. Would be interesting to see proof of when those messages were even sent
I was bullied in grammar school. The folks at that school are safe. Its been 50 years. Ive gotten over it.
“He was mentally disturbed”
Will we see the list of Psych drugs he was on? You know, the ones with side effects such as homicidal tendencies and suicide?
Well.. he clearly wasn't a retard.
He had a combat action ribbon.
Maybe the Kavanaugh hearings evoked those high school memories for him. It certainly did for me, but my recollections were fond.
Per my school, there were times when folks were aholes to me, and times when I was aholes to others.
I’ve since succumbed to the FB practice of friending HS folks - regardless of experience with them.
No probs. Everybody cool now. We were kids and everybody gets that.
Why this loon didn’t is beyond me. Likely drug prob.

That’s a gun control message. Pay attention, folks.

He said that he’s not crazy but that he wanted America to believe that he was. He wanted gun control, as some of the other murderers did.
There are some radical lefties with prior military service. I’ve met a few, and they’re disgusting. They try to bring dishonor on us all.
Yea, someone pointed that out up above .. thanks
This is far fetched. I doubt if he combined a subtle political angle with a suicidal massacre.
Make it a globe and anchor.

“My son was in Las Vegas with a lot of his friends and he came home,” Susan said. “He didn’t come home last night, and I don’t want prayers. I don’t want thoughts.”
“I want gun control, and I hope to God nobody sends me anymore prayers,” Susan said. “I want gun control. No more guns!”
Dominique Colell, Ian Longs former track coach in high school, told CBS Los Angeles that Long assaulted her.
"He attacked me. He attacked his high school track coach," said Colell. "Who does that?" She told the television station the attack occurred over a phone. "Ian came up and started screaming at me that was his phone, said Colell. "He just started grabbing me. He groped my stomach. He groped my butt. I pushed him off me and said after that 'youre off the team.'"
She claimed other officials urged her not to report the incident so as not to wreck Longs chances to join the military. Others who knew Long in high school told The Daily News he had sad eyes and was "socially awkward."
pre-emptive “fact” establishment.
