Governor Rick Scott announced Thursday that he and the National Republican Senatorial Committee plan to sue the Broward County Supervisor of Elections over ballot counting.

The article understates how Scott termed what's happening. Scott said it appears that the democrats are attempting to overturn the election. He mentioned that "ballots continue to be discovered." I'm looking for a link to the complete press conference.

Not having control over the ballots is a very serious failure by the people charged with running the election. It seems like another example of Democrats finding ballots after the tally shows their candidate losing.

The chain of custody was violated. Throw the entire county’s votes out. Punishment is the only way to change this longstanding behavior.
