For nearly as long as FBI special counsel Robert Mueller has been investigating Russian election meddling, activists have been planning mass protests.
Hundreds of protests across the US, organized by MoveOn and other progressive groups, are planned to begin if Trump fires Mueller or deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein, who appointed him. They would also begin if the president prevents the investigation from being “conducted freely,” MoveOn says.
Today, those fears may have been realized when Trump asked attorney general Jeff Sessions for his resignation. Sessions, who had recused himself from the investigation, will be replaced by Matt Whitaker, a former US Attorney who has opposed the Russia investigation from the start. Whitaker is reportedly taking control of the probe from Rosenstein.

I missed that part in the news release. That means Muller has to brief Whitaker . And Whitaker gets to decide if he wants to release any or all of the report.

Activists can’t survive without a cause. Been that way for years. It’s the only way they can be noticed but, ha ha ha, those who notice them think they’re ridiculous.
Whitaker is on record of wanting to defund the probe. Undoubtedly he will start axing the budget and limiting the scope. Trump isn’t going to remove Rosenstein. He just not going to give them any money.
The “activists” are useful idiots, this is a full-court press by some very heavy players. Hope security for Whitaker and family is three deep with active communications.
