After the disaster the Democrats faced in the aftermath of the Kavanaugh debacle, a House impeachment of Kavanaugh might actually result in a 100-0 vote to acquit the guy. Not a chance, because it would require the Dems to be honest about something... if the House impeachment happens, Senate would probably still go on party lines (including Manchin who doesn't have to worry about reelection for 5+ years). They're still salty about Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and the scuttling of the Garland nomination.
