Sessions was very easily tricked and fooled early on (at least I HOPE he was tricked). His time has been a waste for the country and set back our agenda of 2016 a long ways...maybe we’ll never now be able to get it back.
Such a waste, so much harm done. Through Sessions, We gave our advantages away and now must go to war against a stronger enemy.
I think it had more to do with the GOP picking up a few seats in the Senate, so they don't have to compromise with Murkowski and Collins. This means they can put through strong appointments without appeasement.
