The operative word being "let" meaning "consent"

But grabbing an woman's private parts without their (implied)consent IS "offensive conduct" and an assault under the law.

Trump never sexually assaulted any woman and Accosta didn't assault the White House aid.

Acosta didn’t assault anyone. He blocked her from grabbing the mic.

Accosta earned his reputation for being rude and overbearing when "asking"questions for the President. For that Trump should bar him from future White House press conferences.(although Trump handles he very well)

However calling this "assault' makes conservative look like whiny children.... just like liberals and the media(or did I repeat myself)

Even in the Kavenaugh hearing there was a alleged "victim" in the seat making charges.

Here... nobody but a bunch of national Nannies and busybodies disguised as conservatives cheer leading for charges for normal(but rude) behavior.

Conservatives condemned this "victims searching for a crime" behavior when the senate Democrats did this to Kavenaugh.

I didn’t say that; you did.
I said no assault was committed, and that a DA wouldn’t bring a case on that. I also doubt that a grand jury would bother with battery, even if a DA did.
She grabbed at him, starting the confrontation, and he blocked her hand and arm. That grabbing is not her job; passing on the mic probably is. She was clearly in the wrong for be aggressive.
They just should have shut-off the mic, and avoided the whole damned thing.

Her job WAS to hand the mic to the next person. His job was to surrender the mic after he had finished. The president has NO obligation to talk to any certain person, or allow any certain reporter to commandeer the proceedings. If you had watched a few other reporter’s questions you would have seen how the operation works.
