Don’t count your chickens: McSally, Kemp, and Scott are very much in doubt
Vanity ^ | November 7, 2018 | Me

Georgia gov, Florida sen, and Arizona sen were all called last night but they are far from over.

In Florida, they are heading to a recount and Nelson is slowly gaining votes.

In Georgia they are “finding” more votes in Dekalb as we speak to force a runoff where Oprah will campaign nonstop for Abrams.

In Arizona, McSally leads by less than 1% and Sinema is also “finding” votes.

Anyone have more knowledge on these races?

They will order a recount in Fla but 35,000 votes is not that close. The mail in ballots might be bigger but the GOP usually takes those.

I don’t think Trump’s style is to retreat and retrench. He’s speaking now but I am not able to watch or hear it. But it is reported he said he would support Pelosi as speaker if she were to be challenged.

IMO he will keep pushing. By my recollection, this mid-term defeat is why Presidents start to take up matters on the international stage. So my guess is we will see renewed pushes on North Korea, Middle East issues.

I wonder how Nelson is going to find over 30k+ votes in a recountand Sinema find over 16K in fish-bowl contests ?

They just announced that 500,000 "missing" ballots were found in Maricopa county. They are pulling an LBJ Box 13 on a mass scale.

Maricopa is a GOP stronghold. McSally will be OK.

You confident with that? There seems to be a lot of outstanding vote from various counties. Only takes a small swing to wipe out 13,000 votes.

In Wisconsin in Milwaukee Country reported 100% of the precincts counted, then 45,000 votes were suddenly found at 11PM last night: 2000 were ‘damaged’ and had to be ‘reconstructed’ - 80% of the 45,000 were for Evers; 34.000 voters were reactivated who had preciously been deactivated because the voters were dead, not at the address, or never existed ... nonetheless, Walker conceded ...

thanx.
I read on FR last night that they sequestered all the MC ballots to be counted in one location.
I followed-up and couldn’t find anything on that.
MC web site says they have 472k ballots to process.

You're either new to politics or an idiot. Democrats steal anything are able to.

I fully expect them to cheat but I think they will fail. Hopefully the Repubs are as aware as us that they never concede and are always looking for free Senate seats

You’re looking at the vote differential in Maricopa County, 8183. McSally has actually padded her statewide vote lead to 17,000 votes.

No she hasn’t. There are 475,000 outstanding votes to count in Maricopa County. Maricopa County is strongly Republican. McSally has this. The votes are mail in ballots that for some unknown reason the Maricopa County Recorder hadn’t been counting for the last three weeks of voting.

It’s okay. Do share your concern a little about Florida. It is 26,000 votes, but all the precincts have been counted according to the Secretary of State’s website. Hopefully, no more will be counted before the automatic recount starts. I hope, and I believe, Scott will be okay. He is used to tight races like this.
