Individuals in at least three states have received literature from Democratic campaigns, organizations, or state parties warning that their voter records are public information. In one of those states, residents received documents that reveal if their immediate neighbors have voted in past elections.
The language used on all three of the documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show that a unified theme of "who you vote for is private, but whether or not you vote is public record" has been used throughout in an apparent attempt to push voters to the polls.

So how does that work exactly?
So, I’m a dim and my neighbor is a dim. I didn’t vote. What do they do to intimidate me?
Only one word I can think of, BOOM!
5.56mm
I received one too and it showed my voting history and my neighbors. I don’t have any neighbors. :)
I don’t have a problem with that. It’s the “we looked at your voting record and want to know why you didn’t vote last time” and “we are comparing your voting record to that of your neighbors” angle that irritates me. That goes for the GOP too, if they ever send such literature or make such calls.
It made me think that Club for Growth is no longer a conservative PAC as founded - now it’s likely just another false flag organization trying to make conservatives look bad.
Gestapo tactics.
Why all the black-out? (oops, I declare the black-out to be white-out)
Did David vote 3 times?
She’s a Marine now! She completed the Crucible and was awarded her Globe and Anchor on Saturday. She called us on Sunday to let us know; she was terribly excited. Sounded like she has galloping consumption, though. Apparently the climate at Parris Island gives everyone a nasty upper-respiratory crud.
Graduation is a week from Friday.
The materials we received listed our neighbors by name. I think that’s totally inappropriate.
I got something vaguely similar though less obnoxious here in FL... no threats were made or implied.
Only the one I got not only showed who voted in past elections in the houses around me, but had their party affiliation listed as well since that, too, is public record.
I looked at it and thought, hey, cool, everyone’s Republican.
The wonders of boot camp. Whenever the air wing embarked aboard the carrier, they always brought that same upper respiratory disease. 😷
There’s this thing called “abstain”.
I know I’m a teen, but isn’t that illegal? I guess it isn’t illegal if the Dems are doing it...
The “ship plague.” My oldest came home for Christmas from the West Coast with that. We disinfected a lot.
That looks like the mail I received in Arizona. Multiple times, in fact. If it was an intimidation attempt, it didn’t work.
Are you eight-teen?
And Arizona.
I have received the same out of Phoenix.
Though not illegal, it seems to be very unethical (and unAmerican) and those involved need to be called out and put in the public square pillory....
I figured the Dems would not only want to be sure you voted, but also how many times you voted. And maybe if you were living or dead when you voted.
No, sixteen...
