Yup, when we did NOTHING about immigration after 9/11, it certainly looked like we didn’t care...
I believe that he will for personal reasons. This would be a good time to do it, not that we want to lose him, but I think he just wants to retire. Replacing him doesn’t change the makeup of the court (if we get someone to replace him that is nearly as solid a conservative as he is), but does “reset” the seat on the court.

Well, I care that all of the good investigative work that Chairman Nunes - and other committees - have done, will now come to a screeching halt.
I care that this Dim Congress will now focus on impeachment and obstructing anything POTUS proposes, for the next two years.

I don’t have a flip to report but I have a Republican Congressman who is holding his district - with 79% reporting George Holding, Incumbent Republican is leading his heavily financed Dem opponent Linda Colemen 51% to 46%.
Linda Coleman’s ads have been non-stop with much $$$ coming in from outside of our state to try to flip this seat - did not work evidently.

So far it looks like Reps have flipped MN-8 and PA-14 but no one seems to be counting those.
