I don't think people are ready for the crisis that will follow if Democrats win the House popular vote but not the majority.
After Kavanaugh, Trump, Garland, Citizens United, Bush v. Gore, etc, the party is on the edge of losing faith in the system (and reasonably so).
There is no electoral college in local elections...
Have never heard of such a thing regarding the legislative branch.
What will it take for these uneducated morons to realize we are not a democracy.
This is a big ‘ol pile of nonsense.
If the Dim CA Governor is elected with 63% of the vote, does that mean the extra Dim votes can be applied to Nevada?
These folks are, really, bat sh!t nuts.
This guy has no clue apparently. The house is elected by popular vote in each District represented.
How could they win the popular vote but lose the house?
What a dim wit.
They may talk about how many Democrats voted but they cannot say that all voting Democrats voted Democrat! I am sure they will be screaming and complaining no matter how this election turns out.
Suck it up, buttercup...that’s exactly why our system was created that way it was, so California and New york don’t dominate the rest of the country politically. Sheer geniuses, our Founders!
Thats a possibility. If for example every Dem in the State of CA votes Dem then the Dems will cast the most votes. But since they are all in CA they would have little impact on the make up of Congress.
Fake all the fake vote you want in California it won’t help you in Congress in other states

I think he means we should add up all votes from all 435 House elections, by party, to see which party gets more votes. But as noted , such an exercise is meaningless.
They are simply domestic enemies of the Constitution.
Good news for our side. Already spinning excuses about losing?
Ignorance and stupidity on full display at Vox
No, there is no electoral college so I presume they are thinking of aggregating all the votes throughout the nation and comparing Dems to Reps. Silly, but that’s the only way a popular vote can be tabulated in these races. Everyone knows the House of Representatives differs considerably as to the number of people each representative has. (Still, it’s better proportional representation than the senate now that it is based on popular vote.)
That wouldn’t be a crises unless I ran out of popcorn.
They don’t know House seats are distributed based on population? That that is what the census is for?
Let their crises begin.
