Too bad elections are not won in the generic ballot. Odd how this Democrat poll shows exactly the opposite of what the other polling is showing.

This poll was one of the most accurate in 2016. But, then again, so was Rasmussen which has Republicans up one in its final genetic poll.

IBD is a good polling outfit, so these numbers shouldn’t be easily dismissed.

On the other hand, they could also be falling victim to a general conservative refusal to answer polls at all, or the increasingly-popular practice of deliberately lying to pollsters.

It does not matter the raw numbers but where the numbers actually are. Clintoon won the popular vote last election and got crushed. In the urban centers expect the usual huge run up by dems. I can not a whit that in some districts in Pa they will amass 99 to 1 ratios. It is in the other areas where a 51 49 spread is enough to get in the GOP. Where it does matter though is in statewide gubernatorial elections and why I am worried about DeSantis in Fla.

If they didn't eat crow after all declaring Hillary a 99% lock in 2016, they certainly won't if they get a midterm wrong. Just dump it in the memory hole and begin the work of creating polls favoring dems for the 2020 election.

It’s purposely intended as voter suppression. If the liars can make voters on the oppo side believe there’s no hope of winning, then there’s no point for them voting.

This should be dealt with most very harshly.
