Tree of Life Synagogue Rabbi Jeffrey Meyers said Thursday on CNNs New Day that he was pleasantly surprised by President Donald Trumps warmth and compassion during his visit to Pittsburgh.
I was privileged to have a private 15 or 20 minutes with the (Trump) family. The president was very warm, very consoling, Meyers said.
He put his hand on my shoulder and the first question he asked me was, Rabbi, tell me how are you doing? And I must say throughout the time we spent together I was pleasantly surprised by a warm and personal side to the president that I dont think America has ever seen, he added.
Meyers said he told the president about his ordeal and said they discussed the issue of hate speech, along with other personal matters.

Sorry Rabbi, but you are just another schlemiel who has been taken in by mainstream media propaganda.
“I met with Trump and was surprised I could not see his horns or fangs. I was also pleased he did not try to devour me whole. He actually seemed like a real person...”
There’s a video of that over at r/The_Donald, I’ll see if I can find it.

CC-G, it was Dr Gerard Lamerio Ph.D. if my memory is correct in an interview I think I heard on either Twitter or on John Batchelor that denoted essentially the DNC is in it's death-throws. This is the professor if I got it right that predicted Candidate Trump winning in 16' and he got a ton of crap for his prediction.
Pleasantly surprised? What a schmuck.
Shlemiel is one of my favorite Yiddish words——and they have some good ones.
.
People need to watch less CNN.
Surprised by what? Trump doesn’t have red eyes and a devil tail like he’s portrayed by the left?
I grew up in typical NY neighborhood - “Shmuck” was the most common term among us kids, but Shlemiel seemed to be used by the older guys. I always liked it too....
Because most of the anti-Trump media have taken extreme measures to avoid showing it.
Why???
did you notice her kids , or whoever they were ? They looked pretty well fed .

We’ve been seeing it for three years, you dope!
Well said.
I certainly did, and youre most charitable to put it that way
What a great little video!!!! THANK YOU for posting it.
I studied the Presidents when I was seven years old from A to Z in our Compton's encyclopedia for the fun of it. From then on I got books about the Presidents year by year. My first vote was for President Nixon in '72 while I was still in High School. I've always been this way.
Almost he entire Christian community in the country vouches for President Trump with their votes and prayers.
A thinking person might want to consider why that is so before disapproving of anything about President Trump.
but of course ;^)
/pleasantly surprised by a warm and personal side to the president that I dont think America has ever seen, he added.
Many Americans of all races and economic backgrounds have seen it. That’s one of the reasons they voted for him instead of that robot H.
All this bitching, snarking, and snot towards the dude. Read the article, he did not say a single negative thing about Trump and only communicated numerous warm thoughts about him.
When someone says “hey, turns out you were right and I had this guy all wrong”, you don’t kick em in the teeth. Not if you would like more to come to our side.
