Outrageous....he can't use the insanity plea because he is clearly insane...what sane person would do what he did....what is needed is a Judge who understands premeditation and desire to kill... Bowers, "was arraigned one day after a grand jury issued a 44-count indictment that charges him with murder, hate crimes, obstructing the practice of religion and other crimes" which should mean an immediate death sentence...within 24 hours.

America has no such law and our courts should have for an act this heinous.
