What happened to the multiple allegations of sexual misconduct levied against Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation battle? The claims ranged from Christine Blasey Fords remotely plausible if unsubstantiated allegation of a violent attempted rape to Michael Avenattis completely outlandish and also unsubstantiated allegation of hosting serial gang rape parties.
From September 12 to October 6, the claims absolutely dominated all major media. They ran on the front pages of all major newspapers and filled the hours on cable and network news. Magazine journalists at The New Yorker ran with the claims, despite massive corroboration problems.
The claims were taken so seriously by the media and some U.S. senators it led to serious delays of the confirmation voting process. A hearing was held during and after which all the talking heads on cable asserted Blasey Ford was completely credible. Sen. Jeff Flake, R-Arizona, even maneuvered to reopen an FBI investigation to dig into the claims. Then they disappeared. Overnight.

Now they are opposed to any investigation whatsoever.
The Rats who have any common sense want the whole subject of Kavanaugh to go away. They KNOW they blew themselves up BIGLEY when they pulled an obvious last-minute disgraceful smear against Kavanaugh.
Only deranged Rat @ssholes like incompetent CPL Avenatti want to talk about the Kavanaugh fiasco.
Because it backfired and is exposing them.
They sure dropped it like a hot potato, didn’t they? And who’s noticing with their attention focused on the invading horde heading our way?
Why Did Media And Democrats Abandon Their Investigation Into Brett Kavanaugh?
I would assume that is what one would call a ‘rhetorical question’.
Because the democrats all knew it was made-up BS, so after the conformation, they moved on to other forms of BS...
If they truly thought it was real, they would now be vigorously pursuing impeachment...
Because they ended up uniting the republican base and now will not take the house or senate
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot
Where did all the Herman Cain women go?
Simple...... other more important fish needed frying.
Probably because an investigation would lead to Katz not telling Ford about the Committee's willingness to travel to California to interview her.
An investigation would show that Ford's lawyers used her for a public spectacle, when Ford's best interests would have been served by a private interview with the Committee in California.

Because it was always a politically motivated ploy. They’ve made it the new normal, anyway, too with the Mueller allegations being an example of how turnabout has to be fair play.
Because, with pretty posing Ford, the entire world saw what a scam it was.
The accusations were not made for the purpose of restoring justice after a crime. They were made for the purpose of bringing down Kavanaugh’s nomination.
If the accusers had been raped, they should have brought charges with the police. But the accusations would have been thrown out - no way whatsoever to show a crime was committed.
No crime was ever committed. The mentally unbalanced woman, ford, chose to accuse Kavanaugh for the sole purpose of stopping him from going to the Supreme Court. She chose to ruin a man’s life so as to be the savior of abortion.
She needs to be sued for defamation of character.
Pretty?
Someone needs new glasses......
The term comes from a youtube on her body language when Ford puts on her little girl face.
If I were a Democrat, Id be REALLY ticked off that MY guys either just dropped it or faked it all.
But then... if I were a Democrat, I wouldnt have the sense to know any better, would I?...
However, as a Republican, I am upset that my party are content to have won the battle and have done NOTHING to stop this behavior in the future.
Probably not.
I gather “pretty posing” is actually a phrase meaning, I guess, posing as if you think you are pretty; however, it seems to me that what Ford was actually doing was simpering.
