I thought it was “The Art of the Deal.”
LOL...agree...Simpsons is the funniest program on TV
No, that was Sun Tzu’s original title.
Ditto
So spoke Amelia Pond's daughter many times...
I had to look that up. LOL
Wait until they find out it was Colonel Mustard in the library with a candlestick!
Where did you obtain a photo of Hilary when she was 20 years old?
Maybe he was just trying to cut the guys tongue out
What is interesting is that these were Physics books.
Great stuff.
Russian Novel Endings: Boy and girl make long speeches for 1000 pages then die

No kidding. I read The Brothers Karamov, thinking I’d be enlightened reading Russian Literature.
All I remember is “we went here and got drunk, she had boobs, then we got drunk...”
The problem with Russian novels is that after reading a few pages of Dostoevsky I was mentally exhausted and felt like I had been in a room where people were screaming at each for no reason.
But I have soldiered on and just finished The Possessed/the Devils which shows the influence of Nihilism on Russians in the mid-1800s. Dostoevsky blames atheism.

Dostoevsky requires a deep commitment and is very difficult.
His novels take introspection to the highest degree and everyone is continually examining every thought and action.
Yes. Dostoevsky. If it wasn’t for Alousous, I would have stopped reading the book. The good brother redeemed my hope in mankind. I saw myself as the middle brother, afraid of connecting with people.
After Dostoevsky, I read “Zorba the Greek” and really enjoyed it. Can you recommend a book for me to read?
If you are speaking of novels, I would recommend “Bleak House” by Dickens. It is a monster of a book but well worth reading. A Tale of Two Cities is much shorter and also great.
Heck anything by Dickens is great.
If you are asking about other fiction or non-fiction you would have to specify what subject you are interested in.
Ever notice how every once in a while you meet someone you shouldn’t have messed with?
I like historical fiction. Besides Dickens, how about 3-4 recommendations?
Thanks. I’ve been looking for you for a long time!
“I, Claudius” and “Claudius the God” by Robert Graves. I rate these the finest historical novels I’ve ever read.
