Yes. Dostoevsky. If it wasn’t for Alousous, I would have stopped reading the book. The good brother redeemed my hope in mankind. I saw myself as the middle brother, afraid of connecting with people.

After Dostoevsky, I read “Zorba the Greek” and really enjoyed it. Can you recommend a book for me to read?

If you are speaking of novels, I would recommend “Bleak House” by Dickens. It is a monster of a book but well worth reading. A Tale of Two Cities is much shorter and also great.

Heck anything by Dickens is great.

If you are asking about other fiction or non-fiction you would have to specify what subject you are interested in.
