Singer-songwriter Barbra Streisand said she’s considering a move to Canada if Democrats are unable to retake control of the House in next week’s midterm elections.
“I want to sleep nights, if we take the House I’ll be able to sleep a little bit better,” she told the New York Times.
If Democrats can’t retake the majority — they need to gain 23 seats to do so — she’s weighing a move.
“I’ve been thinking about, do I want to move to Canada? I don’t know. I’m just so saddened by this thing happening to our country. It’s making me fat,” she said.

This puke said she’d move to Canada if Trump became president.
He did.
She stayed.
And I think it’s because the Canadian tax structure is so repressive it would hamper their exorbitant lifestyle.
This puke won’t move, even if the US tax structure were as burdensome, because, in Canada, they have a different perspective on “private property”, expecially if it involves oceanfront.

Can she be certain that Canada will allow her to enter? They have some pretty strict immigration laws.They require immigrants to be of good moral character,among other things.
Sorry Babs. Canada has already come out and stated that they don’t want American celebrity crybabies screwing up their country. You might be stuck with having to move south of the border with your friendly amigos. Tortillas with maple syrup instead of pancakes might not be a bad change.
