This one reminds me of Air France 447 (high altitude loss of control, induced by pilot reaction to erratic airspeed developing into a deep stall).
This crew was flying about 50 minutes after sunrise. in good weather, so visual disorientation is not very likely. In the last 31 seconds they went from a 7,500 ft/min climb to a 31,000 ft/min descent.

Sounds like a major problem with that plane and the issue was not resolved before the doomed flight.

I will wait to see what the investigation determines but I'm leaning towards pilot error or maintenance oversight/shortcuts, etc.
Sounds like the problem is with the mechanics, not the pilots. But it could be undertrained, overmedicated pilots as well.
