I used gab for a while and found it tedious. If someone follows YOU, you then see what they post unless/until you mute them. Seems like every time I got on gab, I had to spend half an hour muting people because I didn’t want to look at blatant white supremacist(I hate f*&%ing n*&^ers type stuff) - Jew hate type posts(goyim memes), holocaust deniers, flat earthers or people trying to sell their youtube channel. Others I would mute simply because they post every few minutes so my feed would be 20 posts in a row from one person.

Seemed like a backwards system to me.

Still, I don’t see how they can be shut down while other services have content just as bad. It is selective.

Sort of like minds and twitter.

No real logic to their sites, like FR has.

If FR allowed direct uploads of pics adn text by certified members and allowed the posting to all on each thread to make the conversations more interesting it would be perfect. Perhaps by having a follow group for different subjects for each poster. I wouldn’t change anything else. Well, perhaps a less clunky back channel.

That is odd as that is not the way Gab works for me. for me to automatically see their posts, I have to follow them, not the other way around. You should have messaged @a and told him of your troubles; so that he could get it fixed for you.
