Logistical support isn’t going to stop an invasion. To the contrary, it will probably incent the migrants to keep going because they’ll see this as weakness.
The best way to halt the caravan is to make Mexico feel some serious financial pain. Only then will they stop it.
Words and threats won’t protect our country. Only definitive action will.

...... From what I am hearing .... What is keeping a lot of these migrants going in this arduous journey, is that Most of the people in this so called caravan actually believe that it is a law in the United States that we MUST allow them into the country and that they are guaranteed both entry into the US and jobs when they get here.
.... Information needs to get to them to tell them otherwise .... that will dampen their spirits a bit.

Won’t matter. Troops won’t be packing live ammo. Rules of engagement will be to not confront or engage with the illegals. Once the illegals become aware of that they will simply ignore the troops.

I don’t want to hear about the troops at the border, I want to see them. In a sane world, they’d be south of the Rio Grande if Mexico isn’t doing its share to stop them. How can Mexico say they’re helping when they aren’t stopping trucks that are transporting them?

Put the entire length of the Southern border plus 5 miles into the USA under Martial Law. Then the troops can be fully utilized. Still not a good idea to shoot anyone unless of course they shoot first.
