Let's educate you, and maybe inform a few others 'k? You're probably coming at this from a purely secular viewpoint, whereas my opinion is informed from a religious perspective (since I didn't see where you indicated otherwise). To that end, let's start here:

From: Brief Statement on Transgenderism
The National Catholic Bioethics Center

Abstract. The claim that it is possible to change one’s sex, or that sexual identity is fluid, contradicts scientific evidence, reason, the nature of the human person, and key tenets of the Catholic faith. A small number of persons claiming to be “transgender” mistakenly believe that their true self and sexual identity contradict the sex of their bodies. They frequently experience profound suffering due to intense psychological distress and due to the challenges of forming a healthy self-identity and basic human relationships, including friendships and marriage. Hormonal and surgical interventions, and other behaviors and practices that attempt to validate mistaken beliefs to relieve distress and suffering, are inappropriate responses to their condition.

Persons claiming to be transgender must be accompanied on their difficult journey with true charity, and should be offered ethical, effective therapies based on sound anthropology and scientific evidence. The National Catholic Bioethics Center offers considerations to facilitate appropriate efforts to accompany and to help such persons. National Catholic Bioethics Quarterly 16.4 (Winter 2016): 599–603.

You damned fool, I am a Christian.

And have worked with many Christian families on this issue. There have been no effective countering therapies available until just recently because any one who questioned the issue lost their job or ability to practice.

Within or outside of the various churches.

The State Human Rights Tribunals and Planned Parenthood are enormously powerful.

Thanks for posting this. Some of your objectors do not understand what they are reading.

The NCBQ is AGAINST hormonal and surgical intervention to "validate mistaken beliefs."

It is not possible for you to educate anyone on this forum, indeed you are in every way incapable of educating anyone anywhere at all.

To do so, you would have to be literate.
You have proven beyond all doubt that reading comprehension is not your forte.

Perhaps English is your forty-third language.

The people who have read the article (which you have failed to do, probably because you just lack the intellect) are aware that the parents in the article oppose all this transsexual crap. You have gone on to (hilariously, in a sort,of watching a drunk stuck on an electric fence way) disparage the people attempting to point out to you that the position you are adamantly presenting is the exact same position that the parents in question hold.

Why don't you just go take a nice nap, Jim. Revisit the thread after you sober up.
