Here’s my simple theory:

1. inert but scary-looking devices were authorized in and then assembled at the Soros compound.

2. on the way to mail/fedex/ups the other packages, the Soros operative placed the first package in the Soros mailbox.

3. the other packages were then variously shipped to the likely suspects.

4. A real subversive right wing bitter clinger would have built better b0mb5. Right wing nuts dont go for show, they go for blow.
