I don’t think I made my comment clear. I might be stupid enough to try pot every 30 years or so but I did not drive. Other stupid people like me probably do go to Colorado, smoke, drive and cause accidents.
I see plenty of stupid and oblivious drivers around here. Some are drunk or texting or just plain poor drivers. I am all for harsh penalties for impaired driving esp. when they cause accidents. And I view texting as an impairment. But I am against the WOD because it turns into a war on the people. Our civil rights get infringed. I don’t smoke pot but I have no problem with my friends that do. I know they don’t act impaired and they don’t have accidents.
