I see plenty of PSA's and information on TV, in conversations with people and elsewhere saying don't text and drive and don't drink and drive. Both have become taboo and that's a good thing.

I see no messaging whatsoever about don't smoke weed and drive. Few people talk about it. I even see a few here down playing it.

Agreed. But your response is a distraction- obfuscating the real facts, a good play taken directly from the leftist guide book, it appears.

Responsible drivers ought to be paying attention to the road and other travelers, and in a competent state of mind as well. Due process resolves those incidents too.

But then some folks complain that we are a much too litigious society..... Want it both ways, but are first to squeal when they are the injured party.
