I doubt the Supreme Court will hear this case. There's nothing to appeal. This is not going to be the case that overturns RvW.

Sorry, because I believe it’s murder, I don’t care if we keep or lose any house of congress if this could over turn R v W. Rather stop some babies from going to the gallows.
The fact of the matter is that Roe v. Wade is sh8t law. There is no “right” to kill another human in the United States, there is no “right” to kill your child in the United States and babies need protection from murderous parents. That said, we will not go backwards, abortion will be legal but heavily regulated. Morning after pill will be favored.
How can a correct court ruling in the matter of life not be a positive thing? Please share what you think would have been a better outcome?

I couldn’t agree more. The RvW issue is what started all that noise about Kavanaugh in the first place. We don’t need this kind of distraction 2.5 weeks out from Election Day.

Pollster1, there will never be a time this is a positive. There will always be an election pending, whether it’s in 3 weeks or another 2 years or 4 years hence.
The medical processes involved in the care of the Newborn and the Pre-born is elevated to such a degree that this is inevitable.
Be grateful it’s come at this time. The lives it saves may be your lineage in one way or the other.
