The Kavanaugh confirmation circus is over and the fighters have gone back to their corners, but not before drawing massive amounts of blood. The Kavanaughs were injured, but they now have Secret Service protection and secure employment for life. There's someone else, though, who was beaten and bloodied and left for dead on the side of the road.
Mark Judge, the other man accused by Christine Blasey Ford, has lost his job and his home. He is raising money on a GoFundMe alternative site called Funding Morality and has received $48,549 to date. Judge is a cancer survivor and Catholic writer...

Didn’t she get close to a million in her GoFundMe? If nothing else, file a lawsuit against her and expose what she’s all about in a real court, when she doesn’t have the help of the Left Machine, and find out what she did with all the money. Again, not something they expect, just like they didn’t expect the pushback on Kavanaugh. They thought either, he would withdraw, or the President would rescind the nomination.
I wish the best for Mark Judge. He didn’t ask for this.
Meanwhile, I’m glad that The Battle For Brett is over for the time being at least. We did get our Judge approved and confirmed. I don’t think anyone expected it to be such an ordeal. It probably surprised the Libs too, the fierce nature of the struggle.
They expected us to quickly, meekly replace Kavanaugh based on the accusations alone. That’s how it works at most colleges of today. Even Susan (the RINO) Collins was a pleasant surprise at the last minute. Jeff Flakes’s new name is still MUDD as far as I’m concerned.
They expected to delay until after mid terms.
It would seem that Judge has a good case against Christine Blasey Ford for defamation considering that the FBI found the allegations without merit.
Suggestions that he will be "haunted" by accusations for the rest of his life is speculation, and defamation will need actual damages. Kavanaugh is seated for life; it will be hard to show damages after that.Now, Mark Judge is a different story. He's a recovering alcoholic. He was placed in the room as an accessory to the crime. He was thrust into the unwanted spotlight when all he wanted to was to recover in private.
Judge may have a case against Ford, but Kavanaugh should let it go.

He was roped in through guilt by association. If you’re gonna destroy a man’s life, leave his friends out of it.
The Democrats wanted to interrogate him at length over a 36 year old allegation when all he wanted was to be left alone.
Yup, the party of tolerance and compassion threw those qualities by the roadside because the means justified the end.
Next month we have to ask ourselves if we want to entrust such a party to run our country.

Maybe Judicial Watch, DiGenova, or Toensing will step in. The last two were over-the-top hot about what Ford did. JW filed something to punish Ford’s lawyers via the bar. I would LOVE to see a hot-shot shark of an attorney take down Ford and her partners in crime.
A civil suit would be interesting. I could be wrong, but I think I heard a person can’t plead the Fifth Amendment in a civil case. (Not a lawyer; I could be wrong.)

Correct. With Ronnie Johnson and his nomination, someone just said, “Boo!” to him and he caved. They probably expected the same with Kavanaugh. BIG surprise! Ha!
He’s almost lost his life twice didn’t they say during the hearings? He tried to take his own life previously. I’m very concerned for this man. There had better be some heavy consequences for his offenders. This is absolutely sick.
Suing is one thing, winning is another. In order to win then he has to prove Ford's claims are false, that the claims damaged him in some way, and prove that she knew they were false and said them anyway. The second part is pretty obvious but the first and the third parts would be difficult.
I said last month he was going to suffer and feared he would fall off the wagon. Evil doers.
Why hasn’t a conservative lawyer approached the man and offer to represent him pro bono in suing that fraud skank?
