My SIL is a Trooper here. We hear this crap more and more. Is it any wonder why these perps get shot before they can do stuff.
Although they are usually having the perp get on the ground before cuffing them. They don’t like getting too close because of this exact thing.
Prayers up. I am deeply worried that eventually, no one will want to enter law enforcement. The profession has always struggled with recruitment, and that was before open season on every cop.
