Saudi suspect in Khashoggi case ‘dies in car accident’: Report
Hurriyet Daily News ^ | 10-18-2018

A Turkish newspaper reported on Oct. 18 that one of the suspects involved in the disappearance of Saudi writer Jamal Khashoggi died in a “suspicious car accident” in Riyadh.

Mashal Saad al-Bostani, a 31-year-old lieutenant of the Saudi Royal Air Forces, was among the 15 suspects who arrived and left Turkey on Oct. 2 after going to Saudi Arabia’s Istanbul consulate when Khashoggi visited there, according to daily Yeni Şafak.

The newspaper said sources did not release any details about the traffic accident in Riyadh and Bostani’s role in the “murder” was not yet clear.

Daily Hürriyet columnist Abdulkadir Selvi claimed on Oct. 18 that Saudi Arabia’s Istanbul consul Mohammad al-Otaibi could be “the next execution” as Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman “would do anything to get rid of evidence.”

Turkish daily Yeni Şafak reported Oct. 17 that Al-Otaibi’s voice could be heard in one of the recordings, which Turkish authorities are believed to have, of Khashoggi’s “interrogation” at the consulate.

According to the report, after Al-Otaibi told the interrogators to “do it somewhere else outside or I will be in trouble,” he was told to “shut up if you want to live when you are back in Saudi Arabia.”

Al-Otaibi returned to Saudi Arabia on Oct. 16 before his residence in Istanbul was searched by police for more than eight hours on Oct. 17 and Oct. 18.

You know, just for fun. Governments should try to go a whole year without being creeps and murderers. Just to see what happens. It’d be kinda fun just to see.

If you are mad at em, just arrest them and sentence them to a correctional facility.

Lemme guess. He was shot in the head then his car ran into a tree. That’s what they rule “suspicious” over there.

I guess that's better than claiming it was suicide with two bullets through the back of the head.

"Saudi suspect in Khashoggi case ‘dies in car accident’"

I'm surprised any of the 15-man hit squad are still alive.

As soon as that audio tape was outed, I would have guessed that they all would assume room temperature.

Was this before or after he accidentally shot himself in the head twice before he slipped under a scimitar and was accidentally decapitated.

Forensic evidence strongly points to after ...

There’s layers upon layers of subterfuge and misinformation going on here. ALL of our news is coming from Turkey on this, and they are not to be trusted. We need non-Turkish, non-Saudi, non-NYTimes information before we even pretend to know the truth.

This. The Left/Deep State wants the current Saudi ruler removed, or at least neutralized.

“Perdicaris live or Raisuli dead”

Perdicaris incident

On 18 May 1904, Ion Perdicaris and his stepson Cromwell Varley were kidnapped from their home by Mulai Ahmed er Raisuli’s bandits. Several of Perdicaris’s servants were injured by Raisuli’s men, and Ellen Perdicaris was left behind alone. Shortly after leaving Tangier, Perdicaris broke his leg in a horse fall. Raisuli demanded of Sultan Abdelaziz of Morocco, $70,000 ransom, safe conduct, and control of two of Morocco’s wealthiest districts.

Despite the circumstances, Perdicaris came to admire and befriend Raisuli, who pledged to protect his prisoner from any harm. Perdicaris later said: “I go so far as to say that I do not regret having been his prisoner for some time... He is not a bandit, not a murderer, but a patriot forced into acts of brigandage to save his native soil and his people from the yoke of tyranny.”

US president Theodore Roosevelt was angered by the kidnapping, and felt obliged to react. His Secretary of State, John Hay, described the demands as “preposterous”. At the urging of Hay and the Consul-General of Tangier, Samuel R. Gummere, Roosevelt dispatched seven warships under the command of Admiral French Ensor Chadwick, and several Marine companies, commanded by Major John Twiggs Myers, though with little idea of what US forces could achieve on such hostile foreign soil. They were not to be used without express orders from Washington; the only plan for using them was to seize the custom-houses of Morocco, which supplied much of its revenue, if the Moroccan government did not fulfill the demands of the United States, which were to make the concessions necessary to persuade Raisuli to release Perdicaris, and to attack Raisuli if Perdicaris were killed anyway. The only Marines actually to land on shore were a small detachment of a dozen men, carrying only sidearms, who arrived to protect the Consulate and Mrs. Perdicaris.

Dealing with weaseling Muslims is not a new thing at all.
