On October 16, a New York state trial court judge removed the Republican and Conservative nominees for Judge of the State Supreme Court from the November ballot. See this story. The basis was that the nominating conventions for this office, for these two parties, violated state law. The ruling says the parties may convene a new convention and re-nominate.
New York elects State Supreme Court Justices from districts. This incident concerns the Fifth Judicial District, which, this year, is electing four justices. Although the Republicans have been removed from the Republican line and the Conservative line, they are still on the ballot as Independence Party nominees. The Conservatives had only nominated three of the four Republicans. The Fourth District is centered on Syracuse. UPDATE: here is the decision in the Conservative Party case. Here is the decision in the Republican Party case.

All because the wrong person chaired the convention. Whatever it takes to get Democrats elected.

They’re wiping them off the ballots, they’re verbally and physically assaulting patriot leaders AND citizens, they make no bones about openly calling for confrontation and harassment, they shoot Republicans at their baseball games.
What comes next?

If it makes anyone feel any better, rumor has it that NYS is fixing to lose another 1 to 2 House seats after the next census.
Which means even less juice in the chamber with the power of the purse.
NYS will still be going to Hell. But it’ll be harder for us to take the other 49 with us.

I fled New York State in abject terror sixteen years ago.
If Georgia falls to the same madness, I will flee Georgia.
If America itself falls to the same madness, I will flee America.

Did you read "Rise and Fall of the Third Reich"?
Everything the Democrats are doing will be VERY familiar to you. And: "The Three Faces of Fascism" will give you the actual play-by-play they are following.

Read about it?
Hell - I had to live through some crap like that myself.
