A federal judge on Monday dismissed a lawsuit from adult film actress Stormy Daniels in which she claimed that President Trump defamed her when he suggested her allegation that she was threatened to stay quiet about their relationship was a lie.......
....... The ruling ordered Daniels, whose given name is Stephanie Clifford, to pay Trump’s legal fees..........

Avenatti is going to “appeal” a case that’s been dismissed?
Good luck with that. Dismissed means dismissed - as in, this case no longer exists. The “other claims” Avenatti makes in his so-called suit are all tied to the defamation. Nothing else matters.
But let the fool file his fees. It will be fun to watch him smacked down once again.

We will appeal the dismissal of the defamation cause of action and are confident in a reversal. 3:49 PM - 15 Oct 2018 Of course, he's assuming his law license lasts that long. But I doubt that little tidbit stopped the manic screaming coming over the phone from Ms. stripper, who's now defending herself against half a dozen other lawsuits - and who needed this one as a foundation.
