RIP. He had Billions. And one of the world’s largest private yachts. I hope he knew the Lord.

I don’t even think we knew he had Cancer.
Unfortunately when the ultra-rich announce such things, their empires collapse. He had to keep it to himself.

1 Timothy 6:7-8 King James Version (KJV)
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
These are certainly true words. IMHO, we can only be Saved by the Messiah. After that, we labor for the Gospel, the one thing that will survive into Eternity.

Met him once. He funded our development group.
He was a real techie kind of guy and started a museum showcasing old pre-80s computers.
RIP Mr Allen.

He was sick during the founding of MS? I think that Gates even tried to push him out.

At least in the Seattle area, he did a huge amount for the community : Seahawks owner, Museum of Pop Culture, developed South Lake Union from a dump into a high tech business park, Children’s Hospital donations, IT Building on the U of Wa, The Flying Heritage and Armor Collection, and on and on. And he seemed to stay off the radar politically.
