I actually agree with the Democrats that the legitimacy of the Supreme Court is debatable. When a court invents rights to same-sex marriage or abortion that are nowhere in the Constitution, it is acting like an unelected legislature. I hope Kavanaugh will be a more faithful interpreter of the Constitution than Kennedy and thus helps restore the legitimacy of the Supreme Court.

This past weekend in Portland is or was a dry run to se if the Political Violence of the Left can gain traction in DNC controlled cities. Trump must counter this Mob-Ru and e Communist insurgency with an Executive Order directing State and Local Law Enforcement and Agencies of the Federal Government act to secures secure public safety of people and property activity without DNC officials interference with a public safety first priority. The ICE attempt to strip Portland City Mayor of this Violence Mob Rule Communist insurrection is going to be a National challenge to Trump in the days ahead.

Trump's legal system makeover in a Constitutionally divided manner and existing Rule of Law enforcement is the answer to the Democrats. This is both a law enforcement issue (to take a page from Workd Socialists stand on Iraqi and Afghanistan policy towards terrorism) and internal USA issue especially timed to Neutering the DSA and American Communist Party on grounds of outside Political interference (read FBI Russian investigative turned against the DNC).
