President Donald Trump led a rousing cheer for Kentucky's senior senator, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, as he celebrated his administration's first two years in office during a political rally in Richmond, Kentucky.
McConnell returned the compliment, asking the president to continue nominating judges for the federal bench so the GOP-led Senate can keep confirming them.
Trump brought the state's other U.S. senator, Rand Paul to the stage, who pointed out how supportive the president has been of one of his health care proposals.
The rally at Eastern Kentucky University gives Trump a forum to promote the campaigns of GOP candidates for Congress. He's warning that Democrats only want to obstruct and are the party of crime and open borders.

Ok now we’re officially I’m the twilight zone. I love Mitch!
I think the phrase “Success has many fathers, failure is an orphan” applies here. After the election Congress will be reloaded with a lot of people sympathetic towards MAGA. Its downhill from here.
Don’t forget Lindsey!
Graham I mean.
McConnelll definitely deserves some praise . . . for stopping Garland and for seeing that Kavanaugh was confirmed.
I believe in credit where credit is due.
Ah Jeeeeez. McChicom has been in #resist and #sabotage mode for 2 years.
2 wasted years that we DESPERATELY needed to wrest control of our corrupt stasi state and do something about immigration in order for America to survive. The GOP didn’t disappoint. They threw in with the swamp.
Cocaine Mitch!
He sure grew a pair fast! They might even stop calling him Linda.
The Senate is BIGLY more than approving Judges.
Trump is all about loyalty and Mitch has been very good on the court nominees. Trump is giving loyalty in return.
If the Republicans are all about power, then the tide turns and “acting like a Democrat” is no longer a good way for a Republican to have power. Trump is getting them to act like Republicans and he’s helping to make sure that House and Senate have as many Republicans as possible. It would be foolish for the GOP to continue blocking Trump policies.
Exactly. O’muslim appointed 329 out of 870 federal judges(lifetime appointments). Those commie pieces of sh!t aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. The rest of that make up is clinton and bush appointees. Trump— 2 bigs for SCOTUS.
While we laud McChicom for rearranging the deck chairs(judges- which he should be doing anyways, he’s supposedly not a farging democrat, amirite?), he’s stalling Trump’s agenda on every other front.
2 things that needed to be done yesterday—Draining the swamp and immigration. The GOP have been fighting Trump tooth and nail on.
He and Ryan are responsible for all lack of progress on the budget, wall, repeal of 0care, and so many more missteps. They are Deep State @-holes that grudgingly realized they were the problem and still they dont admit this.
Mitch has been super slow until the most recent months. Mitch is an @$$hole.
“The Senate is BIGLY more than approving Judges.”
The justices’ decisions will be around for 50 years after McConnell is dead, and if God wills it, until Christ returns to take His people home.
“I look forward to the day he has left this mortal coil.”
I want these pieces of living sh!t brought to justice for what they’ve done to the country.
Trump was our last peaceful chance to save this country and these rino-neverTrumper SCUM have done everything they can to make sure he wasn’t successful.
At some point we are going to have to get rid of these old farts and put in some young energetic non-alcoholic go-getters who are not all about the its their turn and reaching out to my good friends across the isle BS.
The courts were never supposed to have the kind of power they have today. Congress and the executive have ceded their power to the judiciary. That’s why you get sh!t like blackmailing Roberts and pillowing Scalia. The left will do anything to move their agenda and they’ve found the easiest way is through the courts. It’s called judicial tyranny and this crap has got to stop, too.
That was borderline pathetic. He was really propping him up for 2020. And the turtle knows coattails when he sees them.
The day I thought I would think even the least bit favorably about Mitch and Lindsey, I would have said, call for the men with the straightjacket.
That being said, Lindsey still needs to go.
OUR people are on the courts now - people who DO NOT BELIEVE IN LEGISLATING FROM THE BENCH.
That’s how we stop democrats from abusing the system - we get them OUT of POWER.
AND we owe Mitch - he saved our bacon. I’m stunned I’ve become a fan... but there you are... The Court’s can keep the country sane for decades... and that matters. AND that’s Mitch and Trump working as a team.
