...No, the First Amendment does NOT protect your “right” to trespass onto a restaurant and harass someone, even a politician, at dinner. The First Amendment and the rest of the Bill of Rights protects the individual against the government. That includes due process and presumption of innocence, which Lemon and his leftist media ilk rejected in the Kavanaugh hearings.
Kanye was a Left-wing hero when he said President Bush didn’t care about black people (post-Katrina — he has since walked that back) but of course, when any black man or women escape from the Democrat plantation they then become fodder and a point of ridicule from blacks still on the plantation.
Don Lemon belongs on CNN because he doesn’t deserve to be widely seen and watched.
levine’s ok at the no-brainer stuff; it’s intuitive stuff like supporting Trump early that trips him up.
Yeah, I heard Lemon actually state that the Constitution guarantees the right to protest “anywhere, anytime”. It’s hard to even figure out how to respond to that level of ignorance.
I was watching Cnn live when he asked if that plane flew into a black hole. Gotta give kudos to that lady who was former head of NTSB answer. Oh the look on her face was priceless.

Lemon is abysmally ignorant, lecturing others about how they should read the Constitution to learn about the right to protest - actually what he was thinking of - to the extent that he thinks at all - was the First Amendment which says that Congress shall make no law denying the right of the people to PEACEFULLY assemble and petition for the redress of grievances - shooting at congressmen, running senators out of restaurants, and interrupting the proper activities of elected officials is not in any sense peaceful - Lemon should read the Constitution......

I think your ideas and views if enacted into laws
would weaken the country and our society.
I think you are wrong.
However.
I will not interrupt your night out at a restaurant
by getting in your face and telling you how wrong
you are, or harrassing you until you leave.
I will not steal your yard sign or burn your truck
because it has a bumper sticker I disagree with.
I will not dox your personal information or suggest to others
that you should be intimidated or harmed in any way.
What I will do is VOTE. In every election.
Look up “racism” in the dictionary and there’s Don Lemon’s photo. Look up “lunatic” in the dictionary and he’s also there.
Not to mention Lemon’s virulent racism.
