Chief Justice John Roberts is referring complaints against new Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to federal judges in Colorado and neighboring states.
The complaints deal with statements Kavanaugh made during his confirmation hearings. They were filed originally with Kavanaugh's old court, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

No metter the seriousness or validity of the complaints, the Left will still hang that moniker on him - a moniker THEY CREATED, just for its P.S. value, not for any real truth to any claims.

Where is Roberts with regard to the FISA filings? Why does he care about Kavanaugh and not misrepresentations to the court.
It’s the first since MeToo showed them what a potent weapon unsubstantiated sexual assault claims can be.

Hadn’t thought of that. Roberts sends them off to states where marijuana is legal.
John Roberts has no authority to do this. Whatever complaints might be filed at the U.S. Supreme Court should be returned to the senders with a statement that the Court has no jurisdiction over them; and it doesn’t.
Roberts selects the FISA Court Judges. What kind of dirt does the Deep State have on Roberts. It’s the only explanation for his vote to approve Obamacare and homosexual marriage.
Enough of this already. Democrats never have to answer for anything.
Also, Kavanaugh’s was not acting in a judicial capacity during the confirmation process.
